Manufacture

Our production capacity:

• 2 Assembly lines in Zelenograd with capacity up to 1500 TV per shift
• 2 Assembly lines in Voronezh with capacity up to 2000 TV per shift

Production and repair of LCD panels are carried out in specially equipped rooms of purity class 1 (ISO 3).The product range includes both own panels and panels manufactured by SAMSUNG, LG, TPV.

Eqiupment: 16 injection molding machines with closing force from 100 to 1800 tons

In order to increase the localization and reduce the cost, power cords manufacturing was organized in Voronezh site

Equipment: 4 pcs WINON - 160A pad printing machine

Our EPS packing materials manufacturing capabilities is up to 1 500 000 set per year, powered by 3 KURTZ К 14.5 12S/F (Shuttle EPS) shape moulding machines

The volume of storage facilities for storing products is:

• 1200 pallet places in Zelenograd
• 2500 pallet places in Voronezh
• The warehouses are equipped with the Jungheinrich narrow-aisle stackers
